September 25, 2002
new, fresh, vibrant

So I guess I've just been a bum in terms of posting, haven't I. To reward those who visited the site during its dry spell, I'll share a picture or two. Actually, I promised Litza I'd post before and after pictures of myself from when I first dyed my hair red. I was seventeen, and for some reason I thought it was punk rock to wear black jeans from the Gap. Seriously. They didn't even fit that well; what was I thinking?

Before
After
Before dying: hideousness After dying: simply lovely!!
bad, frizzy, undyed hair
bright, vibrant new hair —
plus miraculous weight loss!

Anyway, I'm taking an Illustrator course now so that I can develop the BB Bunny calendar like a pro. And so that I can know how to use Illustrator for the good of my future and that of the world around us.

And it's autumn again, and the weather is perfect. I feel renewed. And I saw a good baseball game yesterday.

Here are two Swedish things that I like:

  • H&M
It's like IKEA, but you wear the products and don't have to put them together yourself.

  • Koop
Koop are two guys who met in Uppsala and now live in Stockholm. They make electronica that sounds like jazz. This review from PopMatters echoes my sentiments pretty accurately. It's great stuff.
